Prior to registering with I-Commerce Partners you must first be registered as a Quixtar IBO.  You will need your Quixtar IBO number to complete this step of the registration.  After successful registration, you will receive an email detailing how to access the I-Commerce Partners website and ICP University. 

For IBOs within the Founding line of sponsorship, memberships remain FREE.  For all other IBOs the membership fee is $14.95 or FREE when you refer 5 IBOs to ICP.  For details on how to obtain a FREE membership or to learn about what is included in your ICP membership, click HERE.
