and the Partner that referred you unless the context clearly provides otherwise.
YOUR USE OF OUR SITE CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING
TERMS AND CONDITIONS. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SITE. IF YOU
DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY PART OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOU MUST NOT USE OUR SITE. IF
YOU ARE A PARTNER IBO, YOU ARE BOUND BY ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CONTAINED IN YOUR I-COMMERCE PARTNERS REGISTRATION AGREEMENT, QUIXTAR AUTHORIZATION AND CONTRACT AND THE IBO RULES OF
CONDUCT.
Your User License
You are granted a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access the
Site and its content in accordance with these Terms of Use. If you are under 18,
you may use our Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Our Site
is hosted in the United States and contains information that is appropriate for
access and use in the U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam,
Pacific Islands of American Samoa, Federal States of Micronesia, Marshall,
Northern Mariana, Palau, Wake, and the Atlantic and Caribbean Islands operating
under the Quixtar Independent Business Ownership Plan ("Applicable Markets").
We make no representation that any materials on the Site are appropriate or
available for use outside the Applicable Markets, and accessing them from

satisfy any law, regulation, government request or inquiry by Quixtar; (ii) make
any disclosure necessary or appropriate to operate this website; or (iii)
protect the rights or property of I-Commerce Partners, its Partners, third-party
content providers, merchants, sponsors, licensors or any other user of this
website.
Limitations on Your Use
No material from our Site may be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded,
posted, displayed, transmitted, or distributed in any way, without I-Commerce
Partners' prior written permission, except that you may download one copy of the
materials on any single computer for your personal, noncommercial home use only,
provided that (i) you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices,
and (ii) you make no modifications to the materials. You may not, without our
